Firstly, thank you to the team, you have all been so wonderful! I’d highly recommend Mackay Mobile Vet. Great customer service. Excellent staff. Awesome communication, before and after care. It’s a no-nonsense approach and fees are certainly very reasonable. My dog was not just a number to them, they show genuine care and concern. They have checked in afterwards to see how our dog was going and been very extremely attentive. Give them a try, you will NOT be disappointed in the slightest! 10/10 recommend.

Tiffany and Olivia have been amazing. Without their help I think our piggy Zeus wouldn't be here today. They've been so helpful with all 3 of our guinea pigs. They're also just so genuine and caring.

We had our puppy vaccinated and microchipped yesterday with Mackay Mobile Vets, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The whole process was so easy — they came right to our home, which made everything so much less stressful for our little pup (and for us too). The vets were friendly, professional, and clearly love what they do. They took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions, and made sure our puppy was comfortable the whole time. It was over before he even realised what was happening! Having the service done at home was such a bonus — no travel, no waiting rooms, and our puppy stayed calm the entire time. I really appreciated how gentle and caring they were, and it was great to get his vaccination certificate and microchip details straight away. Can’t recommend Mackay Mobile Vets enough. The level of service & care provided by Dr Tiffany and Sophie was top tier. You can trust your fur babies are in good hands with them. Having a home visit made a huge difference for our cat, removing the stress of the clinic visit made a huge difference for our pet and us. They will be our first choice in the future :)

I am so happy and appreciate the amazing professional service that was provided to our beautiful boy Ari yesterday. Mackay Mobile Vets made our dog a priority amd they saw him and treated him the same day I booked the appointment. He was suffering with a sore ear and also has skin alergies. He received a thorough looking over and has treatment tp clean and drops for his ears. The vet is also going to research the skin allergy he has and see if there is a better treatment for him. I cant say thank-you enough and if I could I would give them a 10 star review.

Wonderful, knowledgeable and empathetic service. Extremely convenient as they come to your house, so reduced the time and effort for those with who are time poor or with pets that don't enjoy the car ride or trip to the vet office. Would highly recommend MMV to all our pet loving friends and family.

Mackay Mobile Vets are fantastic! My 2 dogs get so excited when they come for an appointment, the team are so wonderful with my girls (dogs) they recommend certain creams etc to help with whatever issues my dogs have which are mostly allergies or skin problems, and the best part is I don’t have to try and get my 2 large breed dogs into a car to take them to a surgery!
