Our App
- Download our “Digitail” app from either Google Play or the App StoreÂ
- Use the Nametag to join our clinic
- Add your pet’s details
Booking
- Booking An Appointment by clicking the blue ‘+’ button in the appÂ
- Choose which service you require
- Choose a day that we are in your area (alternating days)
- Choose a time that would suit you
Confirmation
- After making the booking we will send you an “Appointment request” notification
- We will confirm that we can attend your home at the time and date requested.
- You will then receive a “Booking confirmation” notice.Â
Cancellations
Â
We understand life gets busy, and plans can change.
You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime through the app. Or just give us a call or send an email as soon as you can.

A cancellation fee applies only in the following situations:
If your appointment was confirmed and you are not at home at the time of the visit, on the second occurrence.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, on the second occurrence.
The cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled service.

After either of these occasions, we will also ask for a deposit of 50% of the service before we attend your home for subsequent visits.Â
Appointment Times
Being a mobile service, we are subject to traffic conditions, and also the unpredictability of pets!Â

If we have been delayed, we will message you to let you know.Â

Please note that we can only enter your house when you are there.Â
Our Zone Areas
To enable us to help more pets and their pet parents, we operate on daily geographical zone areas.
Alternating between North and South of the Mackay river.Â
Our app shows our appointment availability and which location each vet is working on that day.
(Viewing on a laptop or desktop gives a better overview of the schedule).
Other geographical areas are subject to availability and will incur a travel surcharge. Please contact us with your address for an estimate.Â
